Generate latest PDF
Generate standardized boilerplate new buyer resource packet
Potentially generate hard copy of Repair Pricer and/or HomeBinder reports
Find online cloud printer that has an API or other means to automate new orders
Bind resources and report into small 3-ring binder
Add cover insert with prominently positioned face and contact information of the buyer’s agent
Potentially have a way to cancel a job that’s been sent to cloud printer if possible, if a Spectora-generated notification indicates the job is being altered/republished

AI-Aided Template Revisions

Rewrites ddid narratives on mass to improve spelling, grammar, and syntax of existing template
If there is no narrative at all, the software uses the defect title as an AI prompt instead
Can be easily trained to match new desired writing style
Separate prompts for defects, limitations, and info
The software even works when there are no existing narratives, but just titles for the defects wanted
Currently only Spectora, but can be modified for others if worth it
